Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API?
No. WhatsApp sending is built into ReviewPing — you just add customers and messages go out automatically. No API keys or setup on your end.
What if a customer doesn't reply?
They get a reminder on Day 7 and one final message on Day 15. After that, the campaign stops on its own — no repeated pinging.
Does ReviewPing verify the review with Google?
No. We track when a customer clicks their link and ask if they left a review, but that's a customer-confirmed status, not a Google-verified one.
Can I cancel anytime?
